The Curious level is the first step towards a special experience! During your bookings, you can easily specify your individual preferences, ensuring that all your wishes are automatically recorded for future reservations. Additionally, every new member receives a tangible gift during their first stay. Joining is worthwhile because it guarantees that you will always be the first to know about our latest offers and promotions, as well as exclusive discounts for our loyalty members.
The next level of the Loyalty Program is the Experience level, which provides a booking discount in addition to the benefits of the previous level. After reaching this level, you can enjoy a 5% discount on every reservation. Stay at our accommodations for a minimum of 2 nights and a maximum of 5 nights to move up to the Experience level.
Stay at our accommodations for a minimum of 6 nights and a maximum of 10 nights to move up to the Premium level. Enjoy a 10% loyalty discount, and with every stay, you will be welcomed with a complimentary drink—either a bottle of wine or champagne, based on your preference.
Have you spent a minimum of 11 nights at our accommodations? If so, the Lifestyle level offers you the highest discounts and benefits. Enjoy a 15% discount, exclusive romantic setups, and a unique environment during every stay. We reserved the right to reject any request for collecting guest nights, if the reservation was made on intermediary’s website.
- We are pleased to ask our guests to inform the sales manager about their membership at the time of the booking.
- To earn guest nights, the reservation should be made by the member, and maximum two apartments’ guest nights can be earned.
- Member should throughout present at the accommodation.
- Guest nights will be credited on the member’s account after the accommodation is fully paid and guests left the apartment house, therefore the actual guest nights will be earned.
- Loyalty program can not expire, guests can not lose their earned level.
- Collected guest nights cannot be assigned to another person and cannot be inherited.
- There is no possibility to merge two or more members’ guest nights.
- You can always check your membership’s level and your discounts on our website.
- We reserve the right to make changes.
- Loyalty program discounts cannot be combined with other discounts.
- Discounts are provided only from the gross accommodation cost as confirmed in the booking confirmation.
