Reservation and payment policy
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card, SZÉP card, or bank transfer.
The reservation will only be considered valid upon successful credit card transaction or receipt of the bank deposit until the deadline (within 3 days of the reservation).
The remaining 70% of the reservation value is to be paid within 7 days before arrival.
The discount cannot be combined with any other offers and is always calculated based on the current apartment rates. The offer is valid for bookings of a minimum of 3 nights.
Cancellation policy
The reservation can be modified freely up to 7 days before arrival. After this period, if the reservation is canceled, the paid deposit of 30% will be charged as a cancellation fee.
Check-in and Check-out
Our guests can have access to their apartments from 14:00. Check-out time is until 10:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out can only be provided based on availability of the apartments. In main season early check-in and late check-out are available for extra fee.
Parking
Child policy / Extra bed policy
Extra bed’s fee is HUF 9 000 / extra bed / night for children older than 3 or adults.
Pet friendly accommodation
Our apartment house also welcomes small pets as cats or smaller size dogs. We can only accept pets based on prior consultation (maximum one pet / apartment) for extra cleaning fee of HUF 7 000 / pet / night. Please think about their sleeping place (dog or cat bed) and bring it with you.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment house (in closed spaces).
