Reservation and payment policy

30% deposit is required to secure the reservation. The deposit can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation will be considered to be valid only if a successful credit card transaction has been made, or bank transfer of the pre-payment has arrived until the deadline (within 3 days after reservation).

Rest of the payment (70%) will be required to be paid within 3 days before arrival.

This discount cannot be combined with other discounts, and will be calculated from our daily apartments’ rates. 2 nights minimum stay is required. The reservation cannot be cancelled; however, it can be modified until 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation after the booking: 30% of the total accommodation fee will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

Our guests can have access to their apartments from 14:00. Check-out time is until 10:30 am. Early check-in and late check-out can only be provided based on availability of the apartments. In main season early check-in and late check-out are available for extra fee.

Parking

Every apartment has at least one parking space. Vehicles can be parked in the inner court, in the garage or in front of the apartment house (CCTV protected). We provide the parking spaces on complimentary basis. The garage is equipped with electric car charger, please inform us at the time of the booking, if you would like to use it during your stay.

Child policy / Extra bed policy

Baby crib for children under 3 years is complimentary.

Extra bed’s fee is HUF 4 000 / extra bed / night for children older than 3 or adults.

Pet friendly accommodation

Our apartment house also welcomes small pets as cats or smaller size dogs. We can only accept pets based on prior consultation (maximum one pet / apartment) for extra cleaning fee of HUF 5 000 / pet / night. Please think about their sleeping place (dog or cat bed) and bring it with you.

Smoking

Smoking is allowed only in the designated areas. Designated areas are next to the main entrance, and the parking area in the inner courtyard.

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment house (in closed spaces).
